First of all, thank you guys for this excellent reminder!! We HAVE been given abundant life. Your writing reminded me of that verse from Song of Songs 8:7: “Many waters cannot quench love; rivers cannot sweep it away. If one were to give all the wealth of one’s house for love, it would be utterly scorned.” In other words, “I’ve given it all up, but in return I get abundant life, which is more than I could have ever given up in the first place!” So wow, what a testimony that is. I definitely want to live in that place of abundant life, too, where the sacrifice seems like nothing compared to the glory… Definitely a lesson for me, and for the whole Body of Christ!! Second, I am not surprised to hear the testimony of that other team member about the transformation you are beginning to see in the kids. God has given you guys an anointing. What a gift!! Keep the updates coming!! 🙂

Hi Sara and Jesse, We loved seeing all the wonderful pictures. It is the next best thing to being there! Praise God for all the wonderful people who came to serve and plant all those trees.
It does take alot of perseverance and patience when living in a foreign country. Everything just takes longer… to cook, to clean, to shop, to travel, etc…we pray daily for you both for annointing in all you do each and every day!! Love you so much!!!
